Actually I’ve been surprised butchers high standard of legal representation, prosecution testimony and judges’ professionalism Trump and his cult members have enjoyed. Of course they are professional victims but I do wish they had something proper to whine about for a change.

Yeah Cappy because we all know just how fair and unbiased the current DOJ and Democratic Party are.
The constant witch hunt of Trump is obvious and everybody knows it. Same with all these Left wing courts and legislators trying to keep him off the ballot. We all know they are shit scared of him.
These banana republic prosecutors that are all out for Trump arranging court cases in heavily Biased Democratic counties where the Jurors are anti Trump are to be trusted. If it were you they were after you’d do the exact same thing Trump is doing, if not then You’re fucking retard,

It’s a charging decision Bovine, it happens in every single indictment. Factors like the indicted person seeking to run for reelection to avoid justice being served can absolutely play into that - there’s also a clear case of national interest and a clear case of Trump being given the opportunity to clear his name before standing for election.
None of this is complicated, but it’s funny watching Bovine roll out the twat world talking points that he really doesn’t understand.

Re: The Epstein Files

Just to be clear, if I understand correctly, this is the 1948 USC 2383 on Insurrection, produced just at the end of WW2?
Why would something like this be 'saved up'? Surely a fan of the rule of law would agree that justice delayed is justice denied?
Are you suggesting this charge is being delayed for political reasons?

It's Criminal Code section 2383.
I think they're saving it up for a special occasion.

Actually I'm quite impressed with the work being done to charge each individual participant with the exact correct crime or misdemeanour

How many people were charged and convicted of insurrection?
Why has Trump not been charged with inciting an insurrection?

He's going to explain how, according to him, Trump did not incite to insurrection at Capitol Hill three years ago and that, in fact, there was no insurrection at all. In this reality, not just his own fucked up little fantasy.
Do keep up braincell.

I read it the first time, it hasn't improved.
You seem to have an emotional response to Trump which blinds your judgment.
Your whole point (apart from voters not being smart enough to be able to decide who they can vote for), is based on 1) there having been an insurrection and 2) Donald Trump was responsible for it.
I dispute both these points and most nonsense you post on here.

Re: The Epstein Files

OK, I'll post it again
Apart from voters in various states deciding whether they want a rapist like Trump as US president, the Supreme Court is to rule on whether states like Colorado can bar him from running for president. Given he incited his supporters to attempt insurrection at the Capitol Hill riot, I’d say this is an open and shut case in any healthy, robust democracy.
But we know the US has a huge problem with millions of working class voters as described in J.D Vance’s Hillbilly Elegy. Their vulnerable condition is proving to be too much of a temptation for the establishment’s cynical serial power abusers so this Supreme Court ruling is really going to be a key moment. This Maxwell case and the Epstein files being presented in it really are a side show for the main stage event coming up folks.
Maybe someone who can read and can speak Spambottroll can explain it to you.

Probably because you don't seem to be able to follow a straight line in a conversation.
I directly responded to your claim regarding his liability for insurrection, asked you a question, you are either unwilling or unable to answer it.
